基于串行现场总线协议的煤矿胶带运输监控系统设计及应用

摘要: 提出了一种适用于煤矿胶带运输监控系统的串行现场总线通信协议。首先介绍了现场总线协议标准,并针对煤矿胶带运输系统的特点,对协议进行分析得出该协议应满足简洁性、可靠性、实时性等要求的结论。然后详细介绍了该协议体系结构设计,提高协议可靠性的机制、策略和协议有限状态机。该协议在煤矿胶带运输监控系统应用中取得了较好的效果,结果证明设计完全满足要求。

Abstract: A serial field bus communication protocol is proposed, which is suitable for the monitoring system of coal mine belt conveyor. At first, the fieldbus protocol standard is introduced, and for the characteristics of conveyor system of coal mine, get conclusion from analysis of the protocol, the protocol should meet simplicity, reliability, real-time,etc.. And then the protocol architecture design is introduced in detail, the mechanism and strategy of improving the reliability of the protocol and finite state machine. This protocol has achieved good results in the application of monitoring system of coal mine belt conveyor, the result shows that the design meets the requirements completely.
